Vintally is the digital platform that enables the assessment of competencies related to employability and entrepreneurship through dynamic tests.
Graduated in General Economics in 1972 and Doctorate in 1981 from the University of Málaga, he served as a professor at the University of Seville until September 30, 2023, and has been an honorary researcher at the same university since then. He has led over 100 research projects, including doctoral theses. He has played an active role in the transfer of knowledge to public administrations and businesses as a researcher and director of the Economic Planning and Analysis Research Group, with multiple research stays abroad.
His professional activity has focused on participating in numerous projects aimed at designing solutions to real-world problems, such as those related to urban transport in Málaga and Huelva, industry in Seville, agriculture and water management in the Guadalquivir River Basin, and the internationalization of companies. Additionally, he has held leadership roles, such as Director of the Environmental Area at the Seville City Council, board member of various companies including EMASESA and TUSSAM, director of an International Business Master's program for five years, and founding partner of several companies, with the most recent being Vintally Artificial Intelligence SL.
Graduated in Law from the University of Seville and with an International MBA from the ESDEN Business School in Madrid, he has also participated in the Young Executives School at IESE, University of Navarra. He is an international investor, consultant, and professor at EOI in entrepreneurship. He has directed over 100 authorized projects for the creation of companies at various business schools. He is a co-founder of several companies, including: SUMA CONSULTORES, a consulting firm specialized in human resources, strategic business and municipal planning, and the development of collaborative platforms; GRUPO SUMA, a consulting firm specializing in national and international business development, with projects in more than 10 countries in Latin America and Africa; and co-founder of Bioenergías de la Campiña (BIOCAM), one of the largest biogas plants in Spain for the generation of biomethane through organic waste. He is also an international consultant for the Metrópoli Foundation in urban development and metropolitan areas, and co-founder of Epea, an association of agro-food companies with organic products from Andalusia. Additionally, he has been a member of the executive committee of the Seville Chamber of Commerce for eight years and a member of the technical executive committee of the Seville 2030 Strategic Plan. Currently, he is a co-founder of the startup VINTALLY INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL SL, a spin-off of the University of Seville, based on knowledge that uses the latest technologies to connect talent with companies and entrepreneurship through algorithms.
He obtained his PhD in Economics and Business from the University of Seville in 2001. He has been a tenured professor at the University of Seville since 2004. He has worked as a software applications analyst and programmer in various companies and as the administration manager during the 1980s. He has participated as a researcher in the R&D&i project (PAIDI 2020) titled "Smart Auditor: Early Testing of Smart Contracts in Blockchain Environments to Select Entrepreneurship Partners." He has also contributed as a researcher and expert in various collaboration contracts with business entities and public administrations, and is a founding partner of Vintally Artificial Intelligence SL. His responsibilities within the company are focused on R&D&i tasks related to the development of new tests and their testing or validation.
She holds a degree in Journalism from the University of Seville, a University Expert in Crisis Management and Corporate Communication from the Open University of Catalonia, and a Global Master's in Public Affairs, Lobbying, Corporate Diplomacy, and Intelligence Analysis from Nebrija University.
After several years holding various positions of responsibility in local and regional government, focusing on gender equality and social services, she now directs the consultancy Mujer Fénix, where she provides advice to companies, universities, and institutions in the areas of communication and equity, both in Spain and Latin America. She also serves as the Director of Communications at Vintally Artificial Intelligence SL.
Graduated in Labor Sciences. He is an entrepreneur working at Vintally, applying his expertise in e-commerce and the implementation of artificial intelligence tools.
