We will process your personal data as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

If you request Data Blocking, VINTALLY INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL S.L. will not have access to your data and will only process it to make it available to the competent Public Administrations, Judges and Courts or the Public Prosecutor’s Office, for the attention of possible responsibilities related to the processing of the data, in particular for the exercise and defense of claims before the Spanish Data Protection Agency. We will keep your blocked data for the periods provided for in the applicable provisions.

As data processors, vintally.com will inform the Affected Parties of the Agreements that are concluded with the interest of fulfilling the purpose for which they were collected.

VINTALLY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE S.L. is not responsible for direct or indirect damages, including damage to computer systems and introduction of viruses existing on the network, derived from Internet browsing necessary for the use of this website.

In accordance with the Policy described above and applicable in its entirety to this section, the Affected Parties may prepare their Forms in the following way:

1. When all personal data has been completed correctly, you can access the “Test” section, where the list of tests available to the user appears. If you want to fill it out, you must click on “Fill.”
2. As you progress through the test, different images appear with the percentages that indicate how much of the total test you have completed, so you know where you are in the evaluation and if you want to stop. If at any time you do not wish to continue filling out the test, you can stop, exit and continue later, as all progress is automatically saved.
3. Results. Once the test is finished, you will appear on the “Results” screen, where you can see where you are in relation to the other users of the platform. You can compare yourself by looking at the scores of the competency groups in general as well as compare competency by competency, one by one. This action will never show Personal Data of other Users.
4. In order to process these same results, reports can be obtained in both PDF and CSV formats.
5. The “Results” section will be accessed directly once the test is finished. It can also be accessed from the upper right part of the screen, where we will find the different sections: test, results and communities
6. Communities: Another section available is “Communities”. Users must include themselves in one of them, and they can do so in two ways: directly from their profile or by accessing this section.
7. Once the “Test” is formed, the Vintally Platform will generate, using the most advanced technologies (machine learning, affinity matches and blockchain) to collect information from specific users, results that will be anonymized to guarantee the protection of the information.
8. The Companies or Organizations affiliated with the vintally.com action will provide it with the Job Profile needs that they require and in which they may be interested.
9. Once the Companies or Organizations affiliated with the vintally.com action show interest in the data provided by one or more specific Profiles of the Platform, vintally.com will communicate with the Affected Person, author of the Test in order to obtain their prior, express and informed consent so that they accept, if applicable, if the interested Companies or Organizations can contact the affected person in order to continue with the Selection process. At this point, the Affected Party and the Companies or Organizations will arrange the necessary permits and requirements for data processing once outside the legal environment of vintally.com.
10. The monitoring of the Work or Professional Opportunity will be between the connected parties. The Affected Person may either continue to register on vintally.com if the opportunity has not been consolidated or cancel their profile within the legal obligations granted and the conservation obligations of vintally.com.

In any case, and within the process, the Affected Party may modify its Form in a limited manner and in accordance with the conditions imposed by vintally.com

The affected party may at any time have an answer to any type of doubt that may arise by writing to info@vintally.com from where, as soon as possible, they will be able to obtain a solution to their requirements.
